Serve Hot: Classic NON TOX TEA™ Morning Elixir Place 1 tea bag in a cup and pour over 250 ml (8 oz) of freshly boiled, filtered water. Steep for 5–7 minutes, enjoy. 

Serve Chilled: Iced Herbal Citrus Glow Brew 2 tea bags in 500 ml (16 oz) of hot water for 10 minutes. Cool, pour over ice, and garnish with fresh mint and a slice of orange.
